I started this business over 25 years ago working as a Complementary Health Practitioner and Skin Care Specialist expanding my skills and knowledge to bring together techniques to treat and heal the mind and body as one.

Therapies include Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage, Advanced Electrolysis, Environ Skincare Specialist and many more.

I am a member of and insured under the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) and the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK).

I am qualified in the disciplines of Reiki, Remedial Massage, Segment Massage, Connective Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage, Integrated Myofascial Release, Homeopathy and have been working as a Complementary Health Practitioner for over 15 years.

 

I have a special interest in Physiology, Pathophysiology and the connection between the mind and body. Therapies include Therapeutic, Remedial, Connective Tissue, Segment, Hot Stone and Seated Acupressure Chair Massage; Reiki and Homeopathy.
