How Does it work?
​
Vital Energy conducts Virtual Skincare Consultations using Zoom, Face Time or WhatsApp video calling. Zoom is the preferred platform due to the screen size when reviewing your skin.
Virtual Skincare Consultations cost £25.00 and the session lasts approximately 30-mins. During the consultation the Skincare Practitioner will discuss your skincare concerns, provide advice and recommendations for skincare products, vitamins and make-up depending on your individual needs and requirements.
You will receive a Skincare report within 2-days following your consultation. The report will include a recommended skincare regime and prescription for skincare options.
Products will be delivered from the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (IIAA) directly to your home as special arrangements are now in place to reduce packaging and minimise delivery times. Your Skincare Practitioner is there to answer any questions that you have and help you get started. Advice and recommendations will be given for the frequency of follow up consultations which may me chargeable.
How to book a Virtual Skincare Consultation

Download the Virtual Skincare Consultation form Here. Complete and return the form along with clear photos of the front and sides of your face. Complete as much as possible and if there are any sections that you are unable to complete, these will be covered as part of the consultation.
Ensure that the photos are taken in good light, without any make-up and no filters used. Hair must be tied back away from the face so that your skin is clearly visible.

A Skincare Practitioner will review the information and contact you to book the consultation and take payment. Payment is required in advance to secure your booking and are non-refundable. If you need to change your booking we will try and accommodate your request where possible however 48-hours’ notice will be required.

All personal information will be held securely and in accordance to Data Protection guidelines. Vital Energy will not share any personal information with any other parties unless the client has provided consent to do so and solely for product ordering purposes. Any personal information given to the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (IIAA) to process a product purchase will be done only following the client’s consent and the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (IIAA) will delete the order details after the products have been delivered.

How to prepare for your Consultation
​
Once you receive your secure link for the consultation, please ensure that you join the session on time and are in a quiet and well lit area with you web cam switched on. As part of the consultation we will need to look at your skin so if possible refrain from wearing make-up.
